Dr. Henrietta Abbey migrated to the United States in the 1990's. She continued her education to the Ph.D. level; she started writing her journals and diaries at the age of 16. Her first book "Life lessons" was published in 2009 & 2013. The new version of Life Lessons now upgraded bears the title "Memoire Memes published 2021. Her second book "Social Networking as a Motivation for Social Gathering was published in 2021.
